Looking at the introduction of Solar Panel system of up to 10kW to assist in supplying power to the common areas of the complex, reducing body corporate fees and Greenhouse Gases. For each kW of Solar installed 1314kWh of electricity is saved each year, with a subsequent reduction in green house gas emissions of 1.7 tonnes C02-e per kW of installed solar.

200mm – 400mm concrete slab with Thermal insulation exceed industry standards. The concrete mix we use to construct the building contains a level of recycled water which greatly reduced the embodied water of the concrete.
